A fun change from the more common chocolatechip bars. These use white morsels and caramel topping.
Recipe: Oatmeal Caramel WhiteChip Bars
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 1/4 cups butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 (12-ounce) package or 2 cups NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®Premier White Morsels
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup caramel OR butterscotch caramel fudge topping
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Makes 36 bars.
