Recipe: Oat Bran Popoverswith Herb Butter
1/3 cup salted butter, softened
1/2 green onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped
2 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 clove fresh garlic, finely choppedPopovers:
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup oat bran
1/4 teaspoon salt
Makes 6 servings. (Makes 1/3 cup herb butter.)
