Milk, vanilla yogurt, orange juice concentrateand some ice cubes tossed in the blender makes for a quick, healthyand delicious beverage thick enough to eat with a spoon.
Recipe: O.J. Yogurt Shake
1 cup milk
1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla or plain yogurt*
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups ice cubes
Makes 5 servings.
*If using plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon vanillaextract can be added, if desired.
