Recipe: Nut Tartlets
1 cup unsalted butter
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
2 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups chopped nuts
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Pat the mixture into the bottom of each cup in a standard 12cup muffin tin; set aside.
Makes 12 servings.
