No-Bake Chocolate-Scotch Drops recipe

These are a quick fix for a must-have-sweetsmoment, but without the hassle of baking.

Recipe: No-Bake Chocolate-ScotchDrops

1 cup (6 ounces) NESTL ® TOLLHOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch FlavoredMorsels
1 1/2 cups Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup chopped peanuts

  • Place chocolate and butterscotch morselsin microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds to 1 1/2minutes or until mixture is melted and smooth, stirring every30 seconds.
  • Add oats and peanuts; mix well.
  • Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxedpaper. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Store tightly coveredin refrigerator.

    Makes 3 dozen.

    Sometimes I didn’t add the cocoa powder but would drop chocolate chips in when mixing oats and peanut butter.. You could also add the coconut at the same time. Add the amount you like. My family loves this recipe!!! The only downside to these cookies is the fact that they seem to disappear faster than I can keep them on the paper!! I wonder where they go to?
