Never-Fail Chocolate Fudge recipe

No-fail, creamy chocolate fudge that setsevery time.

Recipe: Never-Fail ChocolateFudge

2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup evaporated milk
5 ounces marshmallow creme
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

  • Combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk,marshmallow creme, and salt in a saucepan. Cook over low heatuntil smooth. Boil slowly for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in vanillaand semisweet chocolate chips. When melted and smooth, stir inchopped nuts.
  • Pour into a buttered 9-inch pan. Coolbefore cutting into squares.

    Makes 16 pieces.
