A tasty ground beef and cream cheese dipflavored with taco seasoning. Recipe submitted by Melissa Durlingof Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada.
Recipe: Nacho Dip
1 cup mayonnaise
First Layer: Combine mayonnaise, sourcream and cream cheese. Spread in 8 or 9-inch square casseroledish.
Second Layer: In a skillet, cook groundbeef, drain. Season with taco seasoning to taste. Spread theground beef mixture on top of the first layer.
Third Layer: Spread grated mozzarellacheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 350°F (175°C)until mozzarella cheese is melted and cream cheese mixture isstarting to bubble. The first layer can be hot so be careful.Serve with nacho (tortilla) chips.

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound ground beef
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Serves 6 to 8.
