Sandra packs her patties with grill seasoning, cheddar and beer for a bit of pub flair. Her simple red onion compote takes that beer flavor to the next level. A traditional Cuban sandwich is the inspiration for this burger. Turning this Cuban specialty into an American one isn’t hard ? just replace the roasted pork with a good old hamburger.
