Morning Fruit Shake recipe

Call it a ‘fruit shake’ or a ‘fruit smoothie’…itis what it is, a creamy, fruit and yogurt beverage to pick youup and get you going, morning or afternoon.

Recipe: Morning Fruit Shake

1 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/2 cup low fat milk
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup banana slices
1/2 cup strawberry slices

  • Place all ingredients in blender. Blenduntil smooth. Pour into two large glasses. Serve immediately.

    Makes 2 servings.
