Reserving a few for garnish; slice strawberriesand sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar; chill.
In a large bowl, combine unflavored gelatinand 2/3 cup sugar. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until thegelatin is dissolved. Stir in orange liqueur. Chill until slightlythickened. Fold in non-dairy whipped topping and pour into amold. Chill until just set.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, dissolvestrawberry gelatin in 1 1/2 cup boiling water. Chill until thickened.Fold in the sliced strawberries and spoon over the gelatin mixturein the mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto a serving plate andgarnish with the reserved strawberries.
Makes 8 servings.
