Mints recipe

Try turning this velvety smooth mint confectioninto flowers or fun shapes.

Recipe: Mints

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
1/8 teaspoon green (or color of your choice) food coloring

  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil;set aside.
  • Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese,mint extract and green food coloring in a large mixing bowl;beat until smooth. If using an electric mixer, start on low untilpowdered sugar and cream cheese are blended.
  • Using a pastry bag form into shapes ona foil lined baking sheet. Allow to dry. Refrigerate until readyto use.

    Makes 36 pieces.
