Mini-Ham and Cheese Rolls recipe

Miniature hot ham and cheese sandwichesmade with dinner rolls.

Recipe: Mini-Ham and CheeseRolls

2 packages party or dinner rolls
1/2 pound boiled ham
1/2 pound baby Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons minced onion flakes
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

  • Make sandwiches out of the rolls: Splitrolls and divide ham and cheese evenly per sandwich-roll. Placefilled rolls on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix onion flakes, mustard,poppy seeds, and butter together. Drizzle mixture over sandwiches.
  • Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 20 minutes.Serve rolls warm.

    Makes 24 servings.
