Recipe: Mimosa Mold
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (6-ounce) package orange gelatin
2 cups seltzer or club soda, cold
1 (11-ounce) can Mandarin orange segments, drained
1 cup sliced strawberriesLettuce leaves for garnish (optional)Edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Makes 12 servings.
Cooking Tip: Unmolding: Dip mold in warmwater for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around edgeswith moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold.Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shakeslightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin onplate.
