Microwave Eggs Divine.

Makes a wonderful brunch or light supperentree.

Recipe: Microwave Eggs Divine

1 (16-ounce) package chopped broccoli,thawed and drained6 large hard-cooked eggs, chopped1 cup cooked chicken, chopped (orcooked ham, cooked sausage, etc.)1 teaspoon minced onion1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise1 teaspoon lemon juice3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese1 cup bread crumbs2 tablespoons margarine or butter

  • Arrange chicken in a 9 x 9-inch glassbaking pan. Top with eggs.
  • Mix together soup, onion, 1/4 cup mayonnaiseand lemon juice. Spoon soup mixture over ingredients. Top withbroccoli and cheese.
  • Microwave bread crumbs with margarineon full power for 30 to 40 seconds to toast.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs over all and microwaveon full power for 7 to 10 minutes, rotating once, until cheeseis melted and soup bubbles.
