Mexican Hot Cocoa recipe

Mexican Hot Cocoa.

State of the mind transportation to thesunny climes of Mexico with just one sip of this sweet and spicyhot cocoa drink.

Recipe: Mexican Hot Cocoa

3 to 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 1/3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Combine sugar, cocoa and cinnamon in small,heavy-duty saucepan; gradually stir in milk. Warm over mediumheat, stirring constantly, until hot (do not boil). Remove fromheat; stir in vanilla extract. Beat with wire whisk until frothy.

    Makes 3 servings.
