Mexi-Gilroy Garlic Dip recipe

A delicious Mexican-style garlic dip.

Recipe: Mexi-Gilroy GarlicDip

1 cup small curd cottage cheese1 cup sour cream1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies1 (4-ounce) can sliced black olives6 cloves garlic, finely minced4 green onions, with tops, finely chopped1 large tomato, finely chopped1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice2 tablespoons mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon salt, or to tasteFreshly ground pepper to taste

  • Mix all ingredients together; cover andrefrigerate for at least 1 hour toallow flavors to mingle.
  • Serve with crackers, chips or fresh vegetables.

    Makes about 4 cups dip.
