Melty Twice-Baked Potatoes recipe

Easy, creamy twice-baked potatoes withcheddar cheese.

Recipe: Melty Twice-BakedPotatoes

4 baking potatoes
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • Scrub the potatoes and wrap in foil. bakefor approximately 1 hour, or until soft.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F(175°C).
  • Cut cooked potatoes in half and scoopout the potato into a medium sized bowl. Add the butter and milkand whip together. Mound back into potato halves. Sprinkle withthe cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
