Marcia’s Fudge recipe

Fast and delicious fudge, this rum-flavoredconfection is meltingly rich and gives hints of rum.

Recipe: Marcia’s Fudge

2 (12-ounce) packages milk chocolate chips
1 cup frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon rum flavoring

  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler oversimmering water; remove from heat.
  • Stir in non-dairy whipped topping; addrum flavoring and stir.
  • Spread in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking panlined with wax paper.
  • Chill until solid. Cut into 2-inch squares.

    Makes 16 pieces.
