A cheesecake microwave recipe.
Recipe: Marble Swirl Cheesecake
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Combine melted butter and chocolate wafercrumbs. Press onto the bottom of a microwave-safe 9-inch piepan and micro-cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Cool. In a mixer bowl,beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pourinto the pie crust.
In a small bowl, micro-cook semisweetchocolate chips until the chocolate can be stirred smooth. Droponto the cheesecake and swirl the chocolate through to createa marbled effect. Micro-cook on MEDIUM for 10 to 12 minutes,or until the center is almost set. Cool then refrigerate untilcold, about 5 hours.
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Makes 8 servings.
