Crust:2 cups (4 ounces) miniature marshmallows4 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine3 cups toasted whole grain oat cerealFudge Filling: 2 tablespoons butter or margarine1 1/2 cups granulated sugar2/3 cup NESTL ® CARNATION®Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk1/4 teaspoon salt2 cups (4 ounces) miniature marshmallows2 cups NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®Premier White Morsels1 1/2 teaspoons maple flavoring1/4 cup chopped walnuts
For Crust: Combine marshmallows and butterin medium saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heatfor 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. Remove fromheat; stir in cereal until coated. Press onto bottom of 13 x9-inch baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray, using spatulacoated with nonstick cooking spray.
For Fudge Filling: Combine butter, sugar,evaporated milk and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bringto a boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat. Cook, stirringconstantly, for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows,morsels and maple flavoring; stir vigorously for 1 minute oruntil marshmallows and morsels are completely melted. Pour overprepared crust.
Sprinkle with nuts; press in slightly.
Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Cut intosmall squares.
Makes 80 squares.
