Recipe: Maple-Blueberry Crisp
5 cups baking apples, peeled, sliced (4medium apples)
12 ounces blueberries, frozen (or 2 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon butter, melted
