Mango Southwest Smoothie recipe

Whirl banana, mango, milk and honey togetherfor this tropical southwestern smoothie.

Recipe: Mango Southwest Smoothie

1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup mango, chopped
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey

  • In a food processor, combine sliced banana,chopped mango, milk, and honey. Cover and process on high speeduntil smooth. Strain, if desired.

    Makes 2 to 3 servings.

    I have never been a huge quinoa fan, but I ve been looking for good recipes to help make me like it. I had some fresh mangoes, and thought I would try this. Would pearl Couscous work instead of Quinoa?
