Mango Salsa recipe

Shake up your salsa with mangos. This salsais a combination of sweet and spicy. Serve on SpicyPork Quesadillas, ShreddedPork Tacos or simply with tortilla chips.

Recipe: Mango Salsa

2 to 3 ripe mangoes, chopped
1 jalapeno chile, seeded and minced *
1/4 cup minced red onion
4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Salt, to taste

  • Stir together all ingredients in mediumbowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready toserve. Serve cold or at room temperature.

    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

    *When handling hot peppers, wear rubbergloves to protect the skin.
