Mango Licuado recipe

This Batido de Mango (Mango Smoothie) isa meal in itself and perfect for any time of the day. And withhealthy servings of mango, milk and guava nectar you can feelgreat knowing that it’s good for you.

Recipe: Mango Licuado

1 1/2 cups chopped mango (fresh, jarredor frozen)1 cup guava or mango nectar, chilled2/3 cup (5 ounce can) NESTL ®CARNATION® Evaporated MilkJuice from 2 limes1 tablespoon packed brown sugarIce cubes (optional)

  • Place mango, nectar, evaporated milk,lime juice and sugar in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serveover ice.
