Mango Lassi recipe

Mango Lassi gets its inspiration from apopular yogurt drink in India. Ready in just 5 minutes, thisblender-made beverage is refreshing.

Recipe: Mango Lassi

1 (11.5-ounce) can mango nectar, chilled1/2 cup plain yogurt1/4 teaspoon crushed dried mint, or 2fresh mint leaves1/8 teaspoon ground cumin, (optional)1/8 teaspoon salt

  • Place nectar, yogurt, mint, cumin andsalt in blender; cover. Blend until combined.

    Makes 2 servings.
