Mahogany Chops recipe

Mahagony Chops.

Serve these chops with buttered snap peas,a sliced orange and onion salad and bread sticks. If molassesis too sweet for your family’s taste, try using ketchup instead.

Recipe: Mahogany Chops

4 top loin pork chops, 3/4-inch-thick
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoon molasses

  • Season chops with salt and pepper.
  • Stir together teriyaki sauce and molassesin a small bowl.
  • Place pork over medium-hot coals and grillfor 8 to 10 minutes, basting with sauce in the last few minutes.

    Serves 4.
