Recipe: Lumberjack Pancakes
2 cups old fashioned or quick-cookingoats
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine meltedButter for accompaniment
Blackberry or strawberry preserves, heated
Makes about 16 (4-inch) pancakes.
