6 cups peeled, thinly sliced apples, peaches or pears(6 to 8 medium)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup quick or old fashioned oats
3 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Nonfat frozen yogurt (optional)
Makes 8 servings.
