1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 pound linguine uncooked
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped, toasted California Walnuts
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
