A wonderful marinade for pork or poultry.
Recipe: Lime-Garlic Marinade
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried mint, crushed (optional)
Makes 1 cup, enough for 2 to 2 1/2-poundsof pork or poultry.
