A fun twist on the traditional chocolatechip cookie that’s sure to delight.
Recipe: Kisses ChocolateChip Cookies
Cookies: 48 Hershey’s Kisses Brand Milk Chocolates 1 cup softened butter 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup Hershey’s Mini Chips Semi-Sweet ChocolatesChocolate drizzle: 1/4 cup Hershey’s Mini Chips Semi-Sweet Chocolates 1 teaspoon shortening
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) andremove the wrappers from the milk chocolates. Beat together butter,sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl untilwell blended. Add flour and blend until smooth. Stir in the minichips. Mold scant tablespoons of dough around the milk chocolates,covering completely. Shape into balls and place on an ungreasedcookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
Prepare chocolate drizzle by placing themini chips and shortening in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwaveat medium heat for 30 seconds and stir. If necessary, microwaveat a medium heat for an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirringafter each heating until the chocolate is melted and the mixtureis smooth when stirred. Drizzle mixture over each cookie.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
