Kiddie Kookies.

Kids will love to make these deliciousscrumptious cookies! They’re easy for small hands to manageand Mom will love that no baking is involved. Created by ChristineChurches of Commerce City, CO, these cookies combine powderedsugar, creamy peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate, butterscotchflavored morsels and strawberries for a melt-in-your-mouth treat.

Recipe: Kiddie Kookies

2 cups powdered sugar – divided use2 cups creamy peanut butter20 fresh strawberries, hulled1 cup (6 ounces) NESTL ® TOLLHOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels1 cup (6 ounces) NESTL ® TOLLHOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels

  • Line baking sheet with wax paper.
  • Place 1/2 cup powdered sugar in largebowl. Add peanut butter. Top with additional 1 cup powdered sugar.Use remaining powdered sugar to coat hands, then “squish”peanut butter and powdered sugar until combined. Form into 11/2-inch balls; place on prepared baking sheet. Press a strawberryinto each ball.
  • Place semi-sweet and butterscotch morselsinto separate heavy-duty plastic bags. Microwave separately onMEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; knead. Microwave at additional10- to 15-second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny cornerfrom bags; squeeze to drizzle over cookies. Refrigerate untildrizzle is set.

    Makes 20 cookies.
