Kiddie Coconut Milk Chiller.

Young and old will enjoy this tropicalicy milk drink.

Recipe: Kiddie Coconut MilkChiller

1 cup fat free milk
1 cup pineapple sherbet or coconut sorbet
1/2 cup canned or fresh crushed pineapple
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
Fresh pineapple spears (optional)

  • Place milk, sherbet, pineapple and coconutextract in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.
  • Pour into frosted glasses; garnishwith pineapple spears, if desired.

    Makes 2 servings.
