Judith’s Fudge recipe

Recipe: Judith’s Fudge

1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butter
3 tablespoons vanilla extract

  • Cook milk and sugar until it comes toa boil, stirring constantly, let boil 6 minutes. Add chocolatechips, butter and vanilla, stir well until all is blended.
  • Add a cup of chopped nuts if desired.Pour into buttered pan, and let cool before cutting into squares.

    Makes 50 pieces.
