Recipe: Jane’s Wine Cake

1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 large eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup cream sherry
1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix,eggs, oil, and cream sherry. Blend for 5 minutes; pour into agreased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
  • Cool completely. Sprinkle with powderedsugar.

    Makes 16 servings.
