Italian Antipasta Cold Salad

With yummy ingredients like three cheesetortellini, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, artichoke heartsand pepperoni slices, this makes a terrific party salad!

Recipe: Italian AntipastaCold Salad

1 (20-ounce) package BUITONI RefrigeratedThree Cheese Tortellini, prepared according to package directions1 pint grape tomatoes3/4 cup pitted kalamata olives1 (7.5 -ounce) jar artichoke hearts, quartered1/4 cup pepperoni slices, quartered2 tablespoons light Italian salad dressing

  • Combine pasta, tomatoes, olives, artichokehearts, pepperoni and salad dressing in large serving bowl; tossgently. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Makes 10 servings.
