Irresistible Double Chocolate Brownies recipe

Double the chocolate…who could resist?

Recipe: Irresistible DoubleChocolate Brownies

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup fudge topping
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; set aside.
  • Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in largebowl. Add eggs; beat well.
  • Stir together flour and baking soda; addalternately with topping to butter mixture. Stir in chocolatechips and nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until browniesbegin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in panon wire rack. Cut into squares.

    Makes about 24 brownies.
