House Salad.

The ‘house salad’ is always the ‘housespecialty’, and this special salad lives up to its name.

Recipe: House Salad

1/2 cup T. Marzetti Lite Raspberry CabernetDressing
1/2 cup pistachios
1 (5-ounce) package spring mix salad greens or favorite greens
5 ounces Brie, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1 (6-ounce) package fresh raspberries (or 1 cup)

  • Toast pistachios in 350°F (175°C)oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Cool. Chop coarsely.
  • Divide salad greens among 6 plates.
  • Sprinkle with nuts, cheese and raspberries.
  • Drizzle with lite raspberry cabernet dressingevenly over each salad. Serve immediately.

    Makes 4 servings.
