Hot or Cold Tomato Cocktail recipe

Have this drink either hot or cold. Itgoes well for any brunch buffet.

Recipe: Hot or Cold TomatoCocktail

1 (46-ounce) can tomato juice cocktail
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Snipped chives, if desired

  • Heat all ingredients except chives inmedium-sized saucepan over low heat until hot.
  • To serve, pour into mugs and sprinklewith chives.
  • Option: Stir all ingredients togetherexcept chives, chill until serving and serve sprinkled with chives.

    Makes 12 servings.
