Keep a tin of this instant mix on handfor those chilly winter afternoons. Piping hot cocoa is a grandtreat for kids coming in from school or folks ice skating, choppingwood or cross-country skiing. Packaged in a decorative tin orjar, it makes a great gift, too!

Recipe: Hot Chocolate Mix

3 cups NESTL ® CARNATION®Instant Nonfat Dry Milk3/4 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®Baking Cocoa1/8 teaspoon salt

  • Combine dry milk, sugar, cocoa and saltin large, airtight container.
  • For each serving, add 1/4 cup cocoa mixtureinto mug with 8 ounces boiling water; stir until well mixed.Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.

    Makes 16 servings.
