Hot Artichoke-Tarragon Dip recipe

Tarragon adds a favorable taste dimensionto a favorite hot dip.

Recipe: Hot Artichoke-TarragonDip

2 (6-ounce each) jars marinated artichokehearts, drained, coarsely chopped1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or1 tablespoon dried tarragon

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.Transfer mixture to 3-cup ovenproofsouffl dish or small casserole.
  • Bake dip until heated through, about 30minutes.
