Recipe: Hot Artichoke Dip

2 (15-ounce each) cans artichoke hearts,drained and chopped
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely mincedAssorted crackers and/or crusty baguettefor accompaniment

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine all ingredients, and spoon intoa buttered 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Bake until bubbly and lightly browned,approximately 45 minutes.
  • Serve warm with assorted crackers or slicesof a crusty baguette.

    Makes about 4 cups.
