Recipe: Hot and Spicy Spareribs
Approximately 1 to 3 pound rack of porkspareribs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
2/3 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
