Recipe: Hope’s Loaded withGoodies Cookies
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted1 cup almond slices (not slivered), toasted2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt1 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup packed light brown sugar1 cup butter or margarine, softened2 large eggs2 teaspoons vanilla extract6-ounces white chocolate, coarsely choppedor 1 cup white chocolate chips1 cup dried sweetened cranberries or cherries
