Honeydew Melon Shake recipe

No-guilt fruit smoothie. Enjoy this velvetysmooth, light and airy fruit smoothie knowing it has no fat.

Recipe: Honeydew Melon Shake

1 cup peeled honeydew melon, cut in chunks
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 teaspoons granulated sugar

  • In a blender or food processor blend togethermelon, yogurt, ice cubes and sugar. Process at high speed for2 minutes. Serve immediately.

    Makes 1 serving.
