New York caterer, cookbook author and friend Serena Bass introduced me to her to-die-for lemon curd cake. Check it out at ruthpretty.co.nz .  This recipe here is really an extension of Serena’s recipe. Spoon 2 teaspoons passionfruit honey onto each teacake followed by ? teaspoon ground almonds and cover each with 10-15 blueberries, depending on their size.
