Honey-Lime Ginger Glaze recipe

Simple citrus glaze. If using on roast,baste the last 15 to 20 minutes of cooking time to avoid burning.

Recipe: Honey-Lime GingerGlaze

6 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger root
6 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Stir together honey, ginger root, limejuice and oil. Use to baste meat throughout cooking time, glazingwell just before removing pork from grill.

    Makes about 2/3 cup, enough for 4 porkchops.
