Honey Lemon Bars recipe
Natural, pure golden honey perfectly sweetensthe lemon filling that tops the tender shortbread crust of theseluscious lemon bars.
Recipe: Honey Lemon Bars
Crust:1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, cut upFilling:
3/4 cup honey
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Makes 12 bars.
