Honey Chocolate Glaze recipe

A deliciously easy, ganache-like honey-sweetenedchocolate glaze for cakes, cupcakes and more.

Recipe: Honey Chocolate Glaze

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, cut intosmall pieces
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons honey

  • Place chocolate in food processor fittedwith a blade attachment and pulse until chocolate reaches a coarsesand consistency.
  • Heat the whipping cream over low heat,being careful not to boil. Add to food processor while stillrunning, then add honey.
  • Allow glaze to sit for 5 minutes to thickena little before using.

    Makes about 1 1/4 cups glaze.
