Holiday Million Dollar Fudge recipe

The perfect fudge recipe for giving asa gift!

Recipe: Holiday Million DollarFudge

1/2 cup butter
4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 (13-ounce) can evaporated milk
3 (12-ounce each) packages semisweet chocolate chips
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
3 cups chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted*
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Grease with butter a 15 x 10 x 1-inchpan; set aside.
  • In a heavy 4-quart saucepan, combine butter,sugar and milk and bring to a full rolling boil on medium heat,stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantlyto prevent scorching. Remove from heat.
  • Add chocolate chips and stir until chocolateis completely melted. Add remainingingredients and mix well.
  • Pour into prepared pan. Cool completely.
  • Cut into 60 pieces.

    Makes 60 pieces.

    *To toast nuts, place in a shallow bakingpan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or untilnuts are lightly browned and fragrant, stirring occasionally.Cool.
